Common Questions
- How do I cancel my premium subscription?
- You can cancel your premium subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. On iPhone, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions and find Word for Today. On Android, open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- My reminders aren't working. What should I do?
- First, check that notification permissions are enabled for Word for Today in your device's Settings app. On iOS, go to Settings → Word for Today → Notifications. On Android, go to Settings → Apps → Word for Today → Notifications. Also make sure reminders are enabled in the app's Settings tab.
- Can I use the app without premium?
- Yes! The core daily verse and reflection features are completely free. You can read your daily verse, write reflections, and build your reading streak without a premium subscription. Premium unlocks the full verse feed, home screen widget, and makeup reflections for missed days.
- How do I change my name or preferences?
- Go to the Settings tab in the app to update your profile, including your name, gender, and other preferences. Changes take effect immediately.
